After Sales Service

We have quality checks in place at every step of the manufacturing cycle. Raw Materials are checked on receipt within the company in our state of the art Quality Testing Labs (since we have multiple laboratories). Material is released to production only after the incoming material is checked for quality compliance. During the manufacturing process, materials are randomly checked by senior Quality Engineers. Material is produced Batch wise and samples of all batches are kept for future reference. On completion of the process and even after packing, material is randomly checked for all quality parameters. 

At any stage of the material cycle, if any quality parameters are not up to the mark, the material is quarantined and set aside. Quality Engineers are in direct contact with management and Sales People to ensure that every person along the line is responsible for the final Product.
