Infrastructure & Facilities

We have a sprawling infrastructure facility, which is spread across 2 acres and is equipped with the following machinery:

• One Three - Layer extrusion plant Three Mono-layer extrusion plants Three Twin Die HM Extruders
• Three High Speed Cutting Sealing Machines
• High Speed Wide Width Cutting Sealing Machine
• Slitter for Polyester/BOPP(Biaxially-Oriented Polypropylene) Conversion
• Color printers for Rotogravure printing

The Installed Capacity (per month) of our manufacturing is as follows:

• LD/HM (Liners, Nursery Bags, HM Bags) - 300 tpm
• Polyester/BOPP - over 300 tpm

Our fully automated warehouse enables us to safeguard our range from unexpected damages. At this unit, we store our raw material and finished products in bulk quantities. The warehouse is segregated in various sections and ensures easy access and retrieval of the stocked items, besides ascertaining safekeeping.

We also pack the manufactured products to protect them from the damages that may be caused during shipment and transportation. Our products are packed using corrugated boxes, woven fabric, BOPP tapes and strapping tape. We also provide the option for private labeling and customized packaging.
